Buying process

    Grade, volume, Incoterm, and destination port. We reply within one working day.

    Type samples

    Free samples leave Medan within 3 working days.

  3. 3

    Offer & contract

    FOB or CIF price and shipment period, then contract and 30% advance.

    Pre-shipment sample

    Your lot is cupped and sent for approval before stuffing.

  5. 5

    Shipment

    3–5 weeks after contract. Full documents; 70% balance against copy of B/L.

Minimum order
Coffee: one 20ft container (approx. 19.2 MT, 320 × 60 kg jute bags, GrainPro lined). Spices: 5 MT. LCL from 1 MT for repeat buyers. Small roasters in Indonesia can buy from 60 kg (one bag) at our Medan warehouse.
Pricing & Incoterms
Quoted FOB Belawan or CIF destination port. Coffee is priced on the ICE "C" differential, spices on spot prices. We do not publish fixed prices — request a quotation for current figures.
Payment
30% T/T in advance and 70% against copy of B/L, or an irrevocable L/C at sight.
Lead time
3–5 weeks from signed contract and advance payment to vessel departure from Belawan, depending on grade availability and the shipping line schedule.
Samples
Type and pre-shipment samples are free (200–300 g green coffee, 100 g spices). The buyer covers courier cost via a DHL or FedEx account, or we prepay and invoice. Samples leave Medan within 3 working days.

Buyer questions

Do you sell to small roasters or retail customers?

Our core business is container and LCL export. Small roasters in Indonesia can buy from 60 kg (one bag) through our Medan warehouse. We do not sell retail roasted coffee.

How long from order to shipment?

Usually 3–5 weeks from signed contract and advance payment to vessel departure from Belawan, depending on grade availability and the shipping line schedule.

Can I visit the dry mill in Medan?

Yes. Mill visits and cupping sessions are arranged through export sales, Monday to Friday. Visits to the Gayo cooperatives are scheduled during harvest season.

What data do I get for EUDR due diligence?

Every lot comes with a traceability sheet: cooperative, washing station, farm polygons with GPS coordinates, harvest dates, and processing method.
