We buy cherry and parchment from 1,240 farmers in nine cooperatives, and pay a quality premium of IDR 1,500–3,000/kg above the local market price for lots scoring 84 and above — straight into farmers' accounts.
Every bag carries a lot code linked to its cooperative, washing station, and farm polygons. Buyers receive a traceability sheet with GPS coordinates, harvest dates, and processing method for EUDR due diligence.
Agronomy training on shade-grown coffee, 120,000 free shade-tree seedlings since 2019, and school supplies for 600 farmer children every year.
Solar dryers at 2 washing stations cut firewood use by 40%. Coffee pulp is composted and returned to the farms.
Shade trees cool the farm, hold the soil, and give farmers a second harvest: firewood, fodder, and fruit.

EUDR
The EU Deforestation Regulation requires proof that coffee does not come from land cleared after 31 December 2020. Since 2024, every lot we ship — coffee and spices alike — has been mapped to farm polygons.
